Magnenat

A coach and adult educator, Danièle is energetic, active, curious and passionate about connecting with people.

Creating a place that quickly feels like home.

After regularly hosting friends and acquaintances for short stays, Danièle created guest rooms in Grandvaux. As more and more people began looking for accommodation in the region, she opened her home to shared living.

To offer a choice between Lavaux and central Lausanne, she also transformed and renovated an apartment in Chailly, creating a welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

Her intention remains the same: to make settling into the region easier while preserving everyone’s personal space, privacy and independence.

Making room for new connections.

Building a harmonious home

Choosing housemates thoughtfully to encourage harmonious shared living.

Helping people settle in

Helping each newcomer build a local network after arriving in the region.

Sharing more than an address

Wood-fired pizza, mountain outings, cycling or festivals: different ways to spend time together.

An arrival worth remembering.

« J’ai passé six mois à Grandvaux et je garde un excellent souvenir de mon arrivée dans la région. La chambre était exactement comme décrite, l’ambiance dans la colocation était chaleureuse, et Danièle a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions. Un vrai coup de pouce pour se sentir chez soi rapidement. »
